        I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. Charlotte is just unbelievable at providing shocking customer service. She let us come all the way to the site knowing the house we wanted was gone and laughed while telling us. She never offered us to reserve any property in 8 weeks of talking with her. She made us feel insignificant and non important as we were not free to buy. Then told us when we arrived for our appointment awe why havent you been in before. This lady needs a serious revisit on how she treats people and her company need to train her on customer service. Also you can see there is a clear pattern on these reviews. I really hope some action is taken on this. As our dream of buying a family home has been ruined from this person which is so sad.
