Great service from this company. The ignitor decided to fail on a Friday afternoon. Ordered up a new one expecting it to arrive on Monday or Tuesday and preparing myself for a cold weekend. Saturday morning it arrived and we were toasty again within an hour. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks folks!

Great service, wide range of items held in stock and comprehensive knowledge of the appliances they look after. Our parts were ordered, packaged and sent out immediately. The delivery arrived first thing the following morning. Couldnt recommend highly enough. Ive had spares from Kenny before and certainly will in the future. Thank you.

When you are receiving replies well outside of office hours to help solve a supply issue with an odd pellet stove part then you know you are dealing with the right people. Non standard part found and sent overnight - then fitted perfectly. You are in my address book!!!
