        I booked a taxi to take my wife (a wheelchair user) and me from Berwick-upon-Tweed station to Leuchie House in North Berwick. Our train broke down between Newcastle and Berwick-upon-Tweed and were delayed for 45 minutes. I kept Lyntoun Private Hire office advised of the situation and the driver waited patiently for us and made no additional charge. What fantastic service!
