        A nightmare! I got nothing but the runaround for three months. They never secured my dog's records from my previous vet claiming they couldn't open the file but they'd try again, still couldn't open file but would sort it and ring me back (they didn't) and finally they suggested I chase it up. Three wasted months. I've easily registered her with another practice thankfully.

        Vet Erin and her assistant Jules were so attentive to Parker b4 during and after getting his booster jag and annual check. He he even let Jules take a pic for social media page. So Parker left with his tail wagging and a smile on his face
