Absolute joke of a place.. Called to book a high top LWB for a Friday afternoon pick up. Was advised would be 75. Called a day later to ask for a Luton van as had more stuff then expecting to move from Leeds and was advised they wouldn't let the Luton travel that far, so I agreed to stick with the LWB van. Turned up on the day and they had the wrong van, was a medium size van and they also said that I shouldn't be 75 and should be more. I explained that I was not told this over the phone and also its the wrong size van. Said I was not happy and then they got cheeky and said that "it's only a verbal agreement and no money has been taken so no contract in place" Couldn't belive it when they spoke to me like that.. and they wouldn't be giving out tye van they had for going to Leeds as its not insured to ho more than 100 miles for breakdown reasons Now I was left with no van and needing to move my girlfriend out her flat in the morning... Absolute joke of a company with zero customer service and attitude Avoid at all cost Thankfully the Lovely lady clare at Arnold Clark in East Kilbride called me back and advised that she has been able to rearrange a booking and I could pick a van up at the end of the day with them.. What an absolute Gem she is..

Listen for what you pay the vans are tired but your not hiring them to do a photo shoot,the lads that run the place are polite and friendly so a no brainer..

Absolutely useless company, never reply to bookings made on their very cheap website, no doubt the cars and vans are like sheds as they make no effect to return emails or calls so dodged a bullet there no doubt
