        Very expensive and food rotten! Train wasn't working which my daughter was looking forward to. Coffee order took ages and was wrong. Fish fingers were grey, chips were cold and pizza burnt! Won't be returning, lots of other soft play venues for less money and better food.

        Had an issue where I needed to swap date booked. Call up customer service and sorted quickly efficiently and with care. Best customer service experience I've ever had.

        Busy, but slot booking prevents it being too crowded. Plenty tables and chairs, good coffee and snacks. Two separate play areas for different age groups /abilities. Plenty parking.
