Scam company. Always be wary when there are no names on emails or quotations, and no-one will tell you their name when you phone. The sole Director here is Luciano de Marco, and the company is a trading name of Radnor Park Ltd, should you need that info for a Companie's House search

Terrible company and communication. We accepted their quote and placed an order; and subsequently invested in a structural engineer to verify the works (at their recommendation as they could not). For 6 weeks they were impossible to get hold of, before finally declining the job, which has left us late to enter a new property and out of pocket re engineering consulting.

Required balustrades and glass for area of decking. measured by myself, checked and installed by joiner( but could be installed by any competent DIYer. Northstar gave competitive quotes and were very easy to deal with. kept me informed of progress of balustrades and delivered then themselves. Luciano was readily available on telephone for any queries and responded promptly and efficiently. I would recommend Northstar

We contacted Northstar to add balustrades to the steps leading to the entrance of our new house extension. Although a relatively small Job from Northstar's perspective, we found them to be attentive, prompt in communication and professional in their approach to the job. We found Lorenzo and his team pleasant and polite to deal with and the work carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to us, and with little or no resultant mess. From our experience we would happily recommend this company.
