        Paid 9 for a key cut, get home & it didnt fit in the lock. Phoned them & the worker said I can take it to another timpsons to get it fixed because I said Stewartfield is a 20 minute drive from myself. No sorry no nothing when it was her who cut it!!!! Wont be back to timpsons after this keys fixed. Overpriced and rubbish staff.

        I had to have a jacket with blood on it cleaned. I took it to Morrisons where the assistant was so pleasant and helpful. The jacket came back like new, the service was first class !

        Left a scarf to be dry-cleaned but although the main stain came out, some of the smaller marks were not removed. Not sure if the garment was examined thoroughly before treating.
