Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School

It's a wonderful learning centre. It adheres to he teachings of the Roman Catholic faith and accepts pupils from the age of 3 to 11. Any child, regardless of their faith or even if they have none, can attend if they live in the local area. My own 21-year-old son attended this primary school and the nursery as a child and had a very positive learning experience. The Head Teacher has recently changed due to retirement and the new HT is an experienced educator. The school has very close ties to the RC Church Our Lady Of Lourdes, and the community it serves. The kids attend church services on Holidays of Obligation and major feastdays. This is not obligatory for all pupils, and it can be arranged with the school for your child not to attend. All pupils are encouraged to attend the church services and most do, regardless of their faith. It is a great school, with great teachers and staff
