Worst pharmacy. Ordered my repeat prescriptions for x2 ventolin inhalers to say its not arrived and then having to make me wait to give me an emergency one, which I didn't end up waiting as already waited long enough. Should have these ready in the pharmacy, not having to go in their back garden to make it. Pathetic!

Chaos! Chemist blames surgery, surgery blames the chemist and on it goes. I've been hearing this for years. Getting a straight answer is impossible. Time to change chemist....

What is wrong with this pharmacy? Terrible reviews all round yet nothing done about it? Every time I go I wait in a queue for 20/30 minutes, get to the front to pick up a prescription, person at the til will then go back and forward several times, 10 minutes each time disappearing through the back then coming back to ask another question then disappearing again. Waste so much of my time in this place! There is always about 4 staff behind the till yet one dealing with the queue. Worst pharmacy in EK!

Went in to get a prescription ordered. Advised it would be 1 hour wait. Went away with my son and sat about for 1 hour to return to them saying they wouldn't have my order in until Monday now. Pretty poor wasted my time and they're time.
