        Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy!!! Told prescription was ready, go to pick it up only to be told they know nothing about it, didnt care that it was very important medication!!! incompetence at its finest

        This used to be a fantastic Pharmacy over 2 years ago. Source then unfortunately its went downhill. There is rarely a week when my there is usually a problem with my meds. They blame the Surgery. It's been so bad that I've tried to change my surgery and chemist, but its alot more difficult than you think. They used to be a wery warm abd professional service, but it all changed a few years ago. Apart from Jeff and Paula who are amazing.
