I bought a car this week and I can honestly say the service I have recieved has been second to none. I dealt with Pamela who went on holiday during me looking for the car and was passed on to Phillip to help with my sale. I was then passed to Gary and I have never in my life got a service like it he was amazing from start to finish. Gary drove a demo car to my house as I was without a car for a day due to a delay and this was on his day off. He went the extra mile and was so amazing and I totally love my new BMW thank you so much. I have dealt with a lot of car stores and I will use again and again. 10 out of 10! Amazing service Gemma :)

Fantastic ,1st class service with Ben in Motability. He was professional with knowledge of adaptions and went above and beyond .Very friendly..

Now had my sons car for over three weeks. Fault was reported within warranty now car is out with warranty warranty will cover parts but they want money to fix it won't supply courtesy car they don't have any. Don't answer the phone and when they do it's to be told you will get a call back which never happens the most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. Don't buy from them as not concerned if you have a problem and keep you car for god knows how long as one manager told me some cars have been here for months
