Lisa is a fantastic PT. She is so approachable and has a lovely manner. She is supportive and motivating and so knowledgeable. I have not long started with Lisas small group sessions, but I am really enjoying them. She knows when to push you further on to aid your progress. I would definitely recommend anyone needing to improve their strength or aid weight loss to join Lisas group or individual sessions

Lisa well what can I say. She is just absolutely fantastic and amazing woman with a heart of gold that just wants to help people succeed. I was a nervous wreck going along to my first hiitstep class over 2yrs ago now, I had never done any form of exercise. She made me feel so at ease and that was me hooked I went every week when she had her Ayr classes. Then the big part came along when I would have never ever walked into a gym but it was a personal goal i had.. Lisa arranged for us to meet and smash this fear I had set up for no apparent reason.. She changed my life doing that for me. I now weight train 5 days a week within a gym environment and I absolutely love it, all of this stems from Lisa. Over lockdown I did Lisa's online classes and I learnt everything I now know from this amazing woman! Had I not went to that class I would still be sitting pondering & wishing i had. She is highly motivated and loves to learn new skills this I highly admire because they are not just your average Joe skills I mean this woman is a machine and she is capable of anything! Get booked in with her she will change your life for the better. I will always be so grateful for all Lisa has done for me and still supporting me throughout my own journey! Best Personal trainer there is! Keep being you Lisa
