Worst after sale service ever seen. Got a pair of glasses over 100 and went back for some adjustments. They made it worse and have to get the refund done tomorrow.

I've been going to EK Specsavers for years and have had no problems until my recent visit. I understand fully that the staff are working under pressure due to the pandemic and I fully applaud them for all their hard work but on my visit I have to say the optometrist who did my appointment had a sarcastic tone and wasn't giving me clear instructions during the tests and just made me feel stupid when I asked questions (as not much was explained to me during my appointment) and usually I'm very capable and don't second guess myself but I was apprehensive as I hadn't visited the opticians in a while due to coronavirus. I also didn't appreciate the optometrists comments of "can you even do that?" When I wasn't being given clear instructions to turn my head to his right when one of the tests was being carried out. I had no change to my prescription but I wear glasses and did plan on looking at glasses on my visit but after my tests I just wanted out of the store as quick as possible. I will say one positive thing the trainees who I encountered were friendly and very professional! I worked in retail up until Feb 2021 for 8 years so I always treat people in stores respectfully and with patience as I know how difficult it is to work with the public and I hate that I'm leaving this review but the service I received was unfortunately bad and I plan on finding another opticians for the future.
