        I would give zero stars if I could. First time I used this service and the driver turns up at the door. We live in a terraced house and asked him if he could deliver it round the back of our house as previous firm had, he told me get them to do it and left. Terrible experience, do not use this firm.

        I highly recommend Kane Coal if you are looking for a coal supplier. I have been a customer for many years. Everything is so easy and straightforward, from ordering right through to delivery. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Excellent company and very reliable. Recommended.
