        Food great, room nice, always understaffed, no one answers phone, Care has been terrible, lowscore with care commision, staff attitude terrible when confronted with issues. Has went VERY DOWNHILL

        Lack of communication to the desperate resident's families who learn of another Covid outbreak through a newsletter. Unprepared to think outside the box, while remaining within Government "guidance", in terms of visits. This Home is blessed with a conservatory that screams out as the perfect visiting solution yet remains underutilised while they go to the expense of building a pod". And a Manager, when questioned responds with "That's just the way it is". Unacceptable and wholly insufficient. The 2 stars are for the Nursing and Care staff who deliver excellent care and am sure are equally frustrated.

        A warm and friendly caring environment. Residents and their families are well supported by staff. My dad is much brighter and more settled now and loves the food!
