good service, I missed my first appointment no penalty charge, helpful staff.
Booked in again and got a phone call reminder then a few texts to ensure I made it in on time, which I appreciate, went in, quick check in, called up, collected, quick easy payment and check out.
Car cleaned inside and out.
Overall good.
Updated the score to 3 stars.

Parks call me up wanting to update their records, the girl was patient, polite and respectful throughout, with a good attitude. We laughed and joked, and she seemed empathic.
This happened right after my 2022mot update. I did not contact them or reply in this comment or anywhere else. She wanted to confirm my details.

When I bought the car I negotiated a service and mot plan as part of the sale The first two (services and mots) seemed fine.
During the third and final service, the girl mentioned how they gave my car a wash. I thanked her and enquired about taking an extension, to ensure the proper working and service history of my vehicle, she said she would call me. But did not.
I thought that this was good customer service from trained personnel, since normally a small favour (washed car) results in a large sale (service plan). In fact if she had had the info to hand, then I would have paid the money on the spot! (well done, you got your bit right)...
Did not receive the video service info during my last visit. I still have the last one as I copied it when they sent me the email.
I'll update this review as a time line log of my dealings with them.

Bought my car here, good staff, have not had any issues with them. Basically a very good experience. I was impressed by their servicing video which gave me an upload of the mechanics assessment of my vehicle. COVID precautions are well handled and I felt well looked after during my dealings. Was very professional and we'll handled, they sent me an MOT info video, which I was impressed by!
