Delighted with the service from EK Repair. The technician did a marvellous job and managed to save my data, and restore my phone exactly as it was. I truly thought I'd lost everything. The repair cost was very reasonable and the job was completed within a couple of hours- so very speedy service too.

Strongly advise against using this company. Handed an Xbox in for repair on the 5th January as the disc drive was making a terrible noise. Was quoted 70 is the disc drive needed replaced and told it would take about 5 days. After 2 weeks, and being chased we were able to collect, charged 60 and told it had needed a service. On collection noticed it had been labelled as having a "freezing" issue. Tried to run and found the issue had not been resolved and the disc was now stuck inside. We were advised to bring it in again. Dropped it off again on 21st Jan and have today (30th Jan) been told to collect, with an additional 20 charge. The Xbox still does not work, now the disc drive is completely unrecognised by the console. Having asked for a refund we've been told that we can only get it if we give them back out Xbox for them to remove their drive and that this would also take a week. So now after almost a month, we're down 80 and to get a refund will be given back an Xbox with less parts than we started with. Customer service is terrible, very slow to reply to enquiries & apparently they can't actually fix the issue anyway.

Another high-quality repair completed same-day, as promised. These guys are consistently dependable in supplying a quality fix and are our go-to tech repair shop, whether it's broken phones or faulty PCs and laptops. Can't recommend them highly enough.
