        No problems with the staff who seemed nice. But the products on display are poorly presented. The laminate flooring lacked basic information such as thickness, and is glued to a presentation board making it very difficult to assess the quality of the product. We had to Google the Tapi website and find the product so that we could get the most basic of information on the product without a full blown consultation with the staff. We ended up going to a smaller merchant where the laminate is shown with the thickness, AC rating and many other details. The staff also approached us to give us more information on the laminate and vinyl without being pushy. Looking back on our visit to Tapi, Im not sure it was much better than Carpetright, who I avoid like the plague. But perhaps not quite as bad. It seems they want you to look at what they show you, how you can get it on 0% credit, and if you are any more inquisitive or discerning than that, then it would seem youre in the wrong shop.

        Cant recommend Tapi East Kilbride highly enough, from start to finish all the help and advice we got from Natalie, Graham & Stuart was amazing, nothing was too much bother, right down to the fitter Ryan & his team. Would throughly recommend Tapi EK
