Bought several pairs for myself & recently a pair for my wife. We both love them . Had a quality issue with a pair I bought recently that went faulty. This was quickly sorted by revs. Excellent customer service. I will be buying more revs next year.

Unfortunately I found the quality of Revs flip flops to be far below my expectations. I had worn the flip flops for 3 months, stored them over autumn, winter and spring and when I got them back out the following year they broke. I got in touch with Revs and they ignored my emails. I had to call them out publicly to get a reply. Then their customer service was stubborn and unsympathetic. Their stance was that I'd owned the shoes for 13 months and so any issue would be down to general wear and tear. My stance was that these are flip flops and can only be worn for 3 months in the summer in the UK. Their solution was to offer me 20% off a future purchase if I wanted to re buy the shoes, which I obviously did not. I found the customer service/faulty product policy to be far lacking and I write this review regrettable having exhausted all reasonable communications with Lisa from customer service. I remain open to working on a reasonable solution with Revs regarding this

I have bought from this seller few things now with no trouble either with communication, order procedure, or deliveries, and every time the stuff has arrived well packed. I personally now have an agreement with this seller for a personal set order every year. We just normally now that we have got this agreement between us. Contact ones other about the same time every year and check/ confirm the item/s availability, and from there we agree time and within week you have not only ordered your item/s, but have been kept informed through the full procedure the order and informed once dispatched of the courier/ carriers information and tracking information. Most times, the morning of the delivery, you will receive notifications of the delivery and given rough time slot. But really, both this seller and myself could not get on any better.
