Couldn't repair an unfolded paper plane. Incompetent beyond any reasonable acceptableness. I know you Scots hate us English but what did our robot vacuums ever do to you? Except pay your wages. Lazy haggis eaters.

I was very worried after reading some of the reviews on here when sending my 450 monitor on a Asus warranty repair, However I feel its only fair I review my experience. Reading about the condition others had reportedly received replacement products I took 100s of pictures of my monitor before sending it away as I'm someone who meticulously looks after my computer set up and would except nothing less in return I worried the whole time my monitor was away. Very quickly my monitor was picked up and I was issued a monitor I could only describe as good as new within a couple of days! I inspected it every mm of it and couldn't see any faults. My monitor was 2 and a half years old when it failed and I cannot argue beening giving one in this condition be it possible been refurbished or not. If you are reading these reviews worrying. Don't waste time like I did and give them a chance!

One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. My Asus G14 developed an issue with the screen (This is clearly somewhat of a design flaw, the space bar has caused some sort of marking on the display as the space bar shape is visible on the screen) I didn't know Asus used letmerepair when I first started the RMA proccess. Letmerepair diagnosed my issue as liquid damage which clearly doesn't make sense. Letmerepair don't allow end users to talk to their technicians and you only end up talking to their admin department who can't help. Asus didn't want to know and just gave me generic responses back. In the end I paid 45 to get my laptop back, and even then letmerepair didn't manage to send it back in their allotted 3-5 working days, nor did it come back in the same packaging it went in (Even though they stipulate that it will) All in all, I will never buy another Asus product again, or anyone who uses letmerepair
