Never had an issue with click and collect, always been perfect and quick, if you're ordering online and having it delivered, specifically larger appliances, this is where things fall apart, I ordered a cooker and my old one taken away got an order number and delivery date, took the day off for it an never came, turned out the order failed, no contact from them whatsoever As I say I can't fault them for click and collect but if you're having it delivered you may be better checking AO
