        Do not use this company. Their customer service is shocking - no one answers the phone and no one calls you back despite numerous calls. Postgae costs are very expensive and it seems to take an age to be delivered. Our p7 hoodies were paid for in Feb and we still dont have them and it is the middle of June.

        Horrendous! DO NOT USE ACADEMY UNIFORMS. Terrible service- no reply to e mail, to phone call returns. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. When I did get someone on the phone they were flippant about the fact Ive been waiting 3 months for uniform, no apology or reason for the delay. Still no sign of uniform. DO NOT USE!!!

        They are a joke. Charge plenty and can't even get things right. I don't accept Covid as excuse this year as their historical reviews say it all. Order June, tell me 1 week before school returns item is out of stock yet you can still order it on their website. Told me won't be back until Oct. Honestly think they just want another 6.50 in postage & me to reorder. Wish school would choose another supplier. Hopeless company & no interest in customers. If they treated customer better they would get more reorders but don't even realise that.
