Uses this company to remove and store. Most of my furniture damaged in either one or both transits or storage, both mattress for beds damp marked and a stench, beds, tv unit, wardrobe, dining chair lamp shade all damaged beds are a no go. This was between 20th may to 12th August. I filled out insurance form 12th September as that was a wait too, another month passed, they ignore telephone voicemails and emails, as I still have these mattress in house as told not to discard, the stench getting stronger, I suffer from copd and this is affecting me, unfortunately they dont seem to care. Wouldnt entertain this company.
