The woman at the counter could not have been more unfriendly tonight (27 January, around 11pm). Went in with my 30 week pregnant partner to top up our gas card as our meter had just ran out and we had no heating. This garage was listed as our closest paypoint and it said should be opened 24 hours. Asker her if I could top up my gas card here and she looked at me as if I'd grown another head. "Naw." Asked why not and she never answered. Frustrated, I asked if she knew anywhere nearby where we could got it topped up? "Naw." Especially frustrating as my heavily pregnant partner is now crying in bed about how it's cold and no one wants to help. Thanks for nothing, I guess?

I bought car wash ticket and it stops working in the middle of the washing with all the soap left on the car and they don't even care They don't give your money back don't go there

Went to top up my electric was adamant payment went through but payment never showed up on meter. No help at all had to get scottish power to rectify it not happy at all.

Horrible experience They scam people none if the machine works but they charge people for vacuum/air/car wash and they don't even refund you back

Came in here for a coffee and something for my lunch and was shocked at the state of the place Coffee machine was filthy, there was a load of empty of packaging on which I actually tripped over...safe to say I left without my coffee or lunch....
