Induction hob not working called this company who diagnosed fault, sourced part and returned and left in working order. Polite and professional engineers and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Truly the most surreal experience ive ever had with a company, gobsmacked and speechless with the way i was spoken to for no reason whatsoever other than reporting a problem with the job they carried out. Cowboys with no customer service skills. Hired this company to replace the seals and grill element in my oven. Big mistake should have just bought a new one which i am now going to have to do anyway as they have broken it completely. To start the engineer told me the grill element couldnt be fixed but they changed the seals anyway and charged me 105 which if hed started off saying that I wouldn't have bothered with the rest. The wrong seal was put on the bottom oven discovered this due to my tea towel going on fire fortunately i was in the room. The door was sitting open heat pouring out not sure how a professional didnt notice that but anyway how they handled this is truly shocking. I emailed to report the problem no response. Called them to be greeted by the most impolite woman with an instant attitude problem whom despite telling her what the problem was proceeded to blame me for having a tea towel hanging? Bizarre. Pretty sure the fault starts with the company who supplied the wrong part for the job. So rather than just apologise and send someone out she raised her voice and actually argued with me. Extremely strange way to deal with a serious incident that is your fault. Im told she'll have to check with the engineer if he encountered problems and will call me back. Flash foward got the engineer phoning me whilst im in work telling me hes at my door, nobody has told me hes coming, weird. After them arguing it is the right seal low and behold engineer confirms it is infact the wrong one hallelujah or so I thought.... Have to arrange for engineer to come back with right part im told he doesn't work a saturday despite the job being carried out on a saturday in the first place commence another argument where im told saturdays are reserved for emergencies and they wont be accommodating me? Absolutely shocking. I cannot afford to take an entire day off work for this so I ask for a refund, not possible apparently. Flash foward another week, this is 2 weeks in total now without my oven that i paid 105 to have the basic job of the seals replaced, finally get the right ones put on and the oven still doesn't work. I had reported that since theyd touched it the flame wont stay on, assumed this was due to the door sitting open but it isnt. The oven is completely unusable and unsafe. Do yourself a favour and dont bother with these charlatans.

Do not trust this company. They do not keep their word. Was told 50 would arrange an engineer to diagnose and repair any fault with only additional cost being parts. The fault was found but unable to be repaired. I was told they could not say when a part would be available and this could be many months but I would need to pay 50%up front. Therefore I sourced the part myself which took two weeks. They are now refusing to do the work I have already paid for as they didn't find the part themselves. Not professional. Not trustworthy. Find someone else, you've been warned.
