A lovely shop for my neice age 9 , she just loves this shop I cant get her to leave when we are looking round

my daughter got her ears periced 1 week ago girls that done it where really nice and great with my daughter. 1 day later the gem fell out the earing i went back up to store to get a new set but was only giving 1 as it was only 1 damaged ( had to change it at home to the new earring) then today again gem fell out once again so i went up told them what had happen but manager was not in yet so called them when got home and was told i would have to bring my daughter in for them to change it i said no she won't let you it traumatised her getting it changed after 1 day it was sore i was not putting her through that in a public place so i asked for refund was told no they needed the damaged earrings i said its the only one in her ear that i have i binned the one from monday she said why i said because it waS broke she said she changed it as a good will gesture and she needed it i said never once on monday did you say this or i would have brought it in then the attitude started with if u have faulty clothes you would not bin them and ask for a refund ( no i would take them back to the shop for one ) they tell you not to change it before 3 weeks i have already had to change it after 1 day now they want to change it again because there product is cheap and breaks easy i mean it cost 62 it's not cheap the earrings are 47

My daughter got her ears pierced here and the girl was fantastic with her. A bit of laughter, humour and overall put my daughter at ease. Also explained about the after care was very thorough.
