        Excellent service. Very patient staff. I have a mental health problem that causes anxiety etc and the staff are always patient with me when I have a problem. Glad I found them.

        We had our 2yr old here today and couldn't ask for any better a service or friendlier team. We struggled to get him seen anywhere else in town centre due to his age. The optician (don't want to put name in case not allowed) was so friendly and fun with him while she was testing his eyes. She explained all about what was happening and the steps forward. The whole team made us feel welcome and made the trip so much better for him.

        Terrible derive, given 4 different prices for lenses and told a discount would be given because of tax credits , then charged full amount , no discount and left shop without even knowing what prescription is , so my husband will need to pay for another eye test so he can get some glasses .Very unprofessional and have now lost 7 customers. And he can't see very well through the new lenses.
