Tartan Bathrooms

We are very disappointed. Lloyd started off really well but despite numerous phone calls and promises to attend on specific dates he failed to come and complete the job. A broken mirror needed to be replaced and he assured us he had one in his van but it did not materialise. There were also snagging issues. I paid him in full on the understanding that he was honourable but he has let me down greatly. I cannot recommend him and am sorry that I did not retain some money. He may have returned if payment was outstanding. Very frustrating for all concerned.

We had our bathroom remodelled by Lloyd and his team in April this year. We werent sure exactly what we wanted done in our master bedroom en-suite, we just felt it was pretty tired looking, the shower was too small and the water flow was pretty weak. Lloyd came out to have a chat with us and size up the job, we talked about our ideas and Lloyd filled in a lot of the blanks for us and gave us great suggestions. Hes got that much experience he really has an eye for what works and the materials to use. Later, we visited his showroom and picked the tiles and other components that would go into our en-suite. Theres so much choice it can be dizzying but Lloyd helped us out putting our ideas together. We were going away for a few nights close to the date that the work was due to start. We had mentioned this to Lloyd and he was very accommodating, he managed to reorganise his diary so that the work could be done while we were away. Lloyd and his team got to work straight away the morning they arrived, it was clear these guys really know what theyre doing. We kept up to date via WhatsApp while we were away and we were very pleased with the progress. We had left them a key and they took good care of our house. Work was completed in time for us returning three days later and we were delighted with the result. The room was much lighter and more modern looking, the tile colours worked really well together. The finish was very neat, grouting and sealant all perfect. We both love using the shower now. Id definitely recommend Lloyds friendly and professional team and have passed on his details to friends and neighbours already. Well be back in touch to get our family bathroom done as its next!

Lloyd and the boys did an excellent job of our new bathroom. They said they would do it in four days and they did comfortably with no mess or hassle. Would definitely recommend Tartan Bathrooms. 5 star.

Lloyd and his team have excelled themselves installing my clockroom, from a space used for coats & shoes into a clockroom. Highly recommend this company. Thanks guys.
