The good part: Robert and Ryan are a great team and fitted a new shower room and downstairs toilet for us. They did a good job and cleaned up each day before they went home. The bad part: The upstairs toilet flush developed water hammer, a loud banging in the pipes when the cistern is full and the valve shuts off the water. Contacted Robert who said it was a quick fix and he would pop round and sort it. 3 weeks later and he still hasn't been round to fix the problem, he is not responding to my phone calls or texts. After looking on line I learned that water hammer can damage pipes if it is allowed to continue. I would have given 5 stars if the problem had been sorted but I give them 3 stars as it looks like I will have to pay someone else to fix the problem before any damage occurs. It's shame that good workmanship is let down by poor customer care. If you use this company make sure everything is 100% before you pay, you may not get problems fixed after payment.
