Took an initial 4 week programme with 3 sessions per week. Dougie took the time to understand my goals and tailored a unique programme to my needs. One of my main goals was to improve my form on a number of key exercises, Dougie was very patient and helped me massively in this aspect, increasing my confidence and technique. Cant speak highly enough, a very good coach with a very good manner. Equipment is spot on, lots of variety and this is shown in the sessions. I learnt to use equipment that I had no previous experience with! Overall, excellent.

I have been training with Dougie now for a month and its safe to say he has totally changed my perspective on food, exercise and just my overall well-being. I went from smashing cardio for hours upon hours each week and feeling completely lost as to why I was seeing no progress. He has made me realise that I dont need to restrict myself when it comes to eating and I can now enjoy a balanced/less strict lifestyle but seeing better results than I ever have done. Dougie has now made me realise the importance of weight training to help me reach my goals. Dougie has the patience of a saint as I had never touched a weight before in my life and his non judging motivational attitude makes me feel so comfortable each session. Dougie focuses on ensuring that my form is correct before allowing me to touch weights which has made me feel so confident in stepping into the gym on my own. Every session is planned out in advance and I know exactly what to expect. Definitely pushes me to my limits which I would be unable to do if it wasnt for him. Thanks Dougie for changing my outlook on fitness

Started a programme with Dougie 4 weeks ago now and already starting to notice a difference. I have begun to feel stronger and more confident with training and thats all thanks to Dougie taking the time to make sure my form is as good as possible. He also took the time to make a meal plan which allows me to hit my calorie goal and still enjoy the foods I love. He also makes sure to be on hand whenever I need any extra help or advice about my diet or training. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for PT sessions!

So Ive been with doog now for 3 weeks and the change in just those 3 weeks are remarkable. Ive lost some weight, my form was once a little inconsistent before is now perfect and my strength is returning to what it was. I told doog I had suffered some knee injuries and back injuries and hes accommodated around that focusing on some rehabilitation exercises that have truly made me so much more mobile and comfortable in day to day life. He is very patient and keeps you right doing your sets. Ive got many years gym experience but Ive learned so much new things from movements to just small adjustments that have made massive improvement in my form. I could not recommend this enough. He is always contactable and cant do enough to help you through your fitness journey. If your a gym goer or a beginner i would definitely hit him up. Top service and great value for money.
