        This company has the worst attitude in following up their customers orders. They never replied to emails, not until I called. Without actually investigating the problem, this company blames us saying that it is our fault not checking the spam box, however we have checked the inbox as well as the spam box every day and without a response. It is them being super irresponsible and disorganised. The parcel has been delayed for 2 months and is yet not arrived. I think we deserve an apology at least. If you are thinking to order your music through this company, think twice I reckon do not order music from this company if you have upcoming concerts within 6 months, your players would be required to have brilliant sight reading skills to survive desperately.
