Amazing experience. Had the stress buster. The facial was lovely. The hydrotherm bed was astonishing. The neck and shoulder massage, I can actually turn my head now without an ache. The reiki was my first experience of this, but it was truly wonderful. I've already booked my next session. Would highly recommend.

I honestly had the best day with Yvonne last week. Her Reiki knowledge is fantastic and really felt comfortable for the full day training. I would highly recommend.

My first time with Yvonne today for an Indian head and shoulder massage followed by Reiki. Yvonne is so lovely, kind and welcoming. Her therapy room is calming, warm and inviting. Lots of attention to detail including a sign outside to ensure there are no disturbances when shes working with clients. I arrived at Peaceful Haven feeling tired stressed and generally out of sorts Ive arrived home feeling much calmer definitely lighter in my mind and definitely less frazzledthank you Yvonne! Ive already booked in for my next session.

Yesterday i went for my first Reiki with Crystals experience. Yvonne was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything. During the treatment i felt so relaxed that i felt like my soul left my body and i loved the amethyst crystal eye mask, felt so light when i woke up. When i got home my partner says i look different. I looked flushed and have a glow to my face. I have booked for another Reiki next month with the Kasina Mind Meditation Machine and the copper pyramid Well recommended and worth every penny!!
