Unique-U-Therapy

I attended Unique U Therapy to assist with weight loss and found a by product of this was the most peaceful relaxing hour of the week. John's calming voice put any fears I had to rest quickly. I initially went for weight loss but the mental well-being it brought was a massive bonus. I also have personal knowledge of John' magic voice bringing relief to someone with chronic pain. If you value yourself give this a go, what have you to loose.

Got block of hypnotherapy sessions for chronic pain. Was quite apprehensive to start with as had never tried anything like this beforehand. Can only describe it as amazing, have never felt so relaxed in my life as what I did during the sessions with John. I managed to have a good few days pain free. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I originally went to get help with a fear of flying which helped me to enjoy a family holiday for the first time in many years. Since then I have returned several times to help with pain management for an arthritic condition in my hip. I find the relaxation techniques John has helped me with has been very helpful in the way I manage my condition I would highly recommend it. I always feel energised and relaxed after my hypnotherapy session and leave with a greater sense of wellbeing
