Clare helped me understand FB from a business/marketing point of view during a 3 hour master class. I learned so much and her knowledge and understanding of the back office of Facebook was amazing. Being 40 (just over) some of social media is a total minefield to me and when running my craft business I realised I wasn't using social media to its full potential - thats where Claire comes in - recommended to me by another business I booked in with Claire and we had a zoom meeting yesterday. We found ourself in a bit of a social media hole and were trying to navigate our own way out of it, firing off (very unsuccessfully) in all directions. Claire was recommended to us and it was as if someone had turned the lights on. She is professional, personable and very proactive. Having listened to our worries about how to take our business forwards she crafted an action plan and arranged a meeting with us. We didnt feel rushed, or blinded with jargon and she was happy to answer any questions we had and explain the reasoning behind her suggestions. Since that initial meeting she has provided ongoing support and given constructive criticism on what we have produced and posted. This has been a gentle, guiding hand and really appreciated. We continue to utilise Claires skills and have been more than happy with the results of working with her. Yes, thats right, working with, it really does feel as though she is as invested in our business as we are.
