The first red flag was the condition of the place. It was an absolute mess. Debris everywhere with equipment that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The second red flag was the food preparation. The staff were wearing no gloves to prepare food, breaking off chunks of chocolate with their bare hands for example. Quite disheartening to see this while covid rages on. The third red flag was lack of work ethic from the staff who would have rather indulged in idle chit chat instead of focusing on the task at hand which was preparing a customers order. I understand these places can be staffed by teenagers who would rather be doing someone else however at least get the food order ready before deciding to have a full blown conversation with your work mates The fourth red flag was the actual food order. I ordered a brownie and when I got home I was dismayed to see a foil dish, filled with what can only be described as chocolate gloop. An absolute disgrace. Not only where the staff more interested in chatting between themselves however they were more than happy to serve sub standard food which was a million miles away from what was actually ordered. The most disappointing thing about this whole experience is that I actually used to enjoy this place and rewarded it with repeated custom. It's a shame that this has now come to an end. I would avoid this place.
