        Shocking service call themselves 5* no chance can't use back door and down stairs toilet hasn't been fitted properly and is leaking. Take your money and then don't provide after care

        We have bought a home with Barratt Homes at Merlin Gardens and couldn't be happier. The care and attention we recieved from Christine, Pauline and Lyndsay in the sales office throughout the buying and choices processes was great, and the aftercare we've recieved since we moved in has been over and above. John the Site Manager pops by frequently and gives us time and support with any house issues we've had, which have been minor. You feel genuinely looked after by Barratt which seems to be sadly rare when looking at reviews of other home builders. The quality of the houses are undeniable and the estate is lovely. So glad we went with Barratt and are starting our adventure in our new, first home. 5*
