Unprofessional and poor service received from Lisa on my wedding day. Lisa turned up to my air b n b on my wedding morning 1 hour after the agreed time which effected my day immensely, causing me to be 45 mins late for my ceremony - rushing to even manage this. Lisa never informed me of any changes to the start time. Lisa was either late or has worked out her timings to suit what was best for her and not me or my wedding. I had advised the time we had to be at the venue when booking - this was clearly ignored and not managed by any means. Due to running 1 hour behind my dresser requested Lisa to finish off my bridesmaids hair at the venue as she was going to the venue anyway - Lisa refused. No apology has been given. My hair (Bride) was completely different on the day than my trial I had with Lisa 2 weeks prior. There was no time for this to be corrected due to her lateness/poor time management. Sections of my hair became undone after a couple of hours due to the hairstyle I was given/how my hair was pinned - this has effected my wedding photos. I do not feel I would of had this issue with my requested wedding hairstyle I received at my trial. As you can imagine my bridesmaids and I were completely rushed with my bridesmaids only arriving at my venue 15 mins before I was supposed to be married. We got a couple of photos in our pjs as it was only then all our hair had been done (we were getting dressed at the venue) and then we rushed into our dresses with not even a second to relax and enjoy the moment. Shocked at how unprofessional and completely disrespectful Lisa was and to not even have the decency to apologise shows her character clearly. Lisa was my hairdresser for 1.5 yrs prior to my wedding. Appalling.
