Amazing gym with amazing people. All happy to help each other out with training tips etc. Equipment and ethic is what you would expect from this sort of gym

This gym has the potential to be a very good one with good space and a decent atmosphere; but first impressions are a big thing. I paid 10 for a day pass to get in and try it out (which, considering the average "monthly" subscription for other gyms, is a bit inflated in comparison), but ok I guess to get an intro. Then when walking through the doors you don't focus on the scale of the rooms or the equipment, but rather the "out of order" signs sitting on several of them. As a result, I didn't have much faith in using any of the equipment that was operational so just settled for the dumbbell area for my workout. The treadmill I used worked though.

I usually visit Scotland twice a year and this is my go to gym but it lets it down that it is cash only for a day pass
