        Visiting my brother and so far staff have been great, unlike last time he was here last year. Parking can be a real problem and many visitors park illegally and don't seem to be moved.

        Family given wrong information, probably another patients information, about loved ones condition. Ward operating an open visiting policy but dont mention that they dont let you in at lunch and meal times. Very frustrating when youve travelled a distance and have to stand in a corridor for over an hour. Information needs to be clearer.
