Waiting on my carpet. Was meany to have been delivered and laid Friday but no one showed up and received no notification that they wouldn't. May increase review star rating on Monday IF I have my carpet delivered and laid down. First time used service. Not impressed

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for Supervisor to visit to look at my washing machine that no longer drains on a wash and all my items are soaking wet through when they come out even when I do a couple extra spins and drains it still doesnt get rid of all the water in the drum they have not shown up for 4 appointments that I have had to wait in from 8am-6pm then the tell me they have visited the property and have a photo of my front door I have a camera that films 24 hours a day no one as been to my door at the time and day then said they had been they also said the have rang me no phone calls from them And when you do try to ring them to ask why they havent been it takes another couple hours to get though even when the phone is telling you someone will answer your call in 7 minutes but they never do and if you are to ring just after 4 then good luck they hang up on you at 5pm without taking your call Im in temporary accommodation and these people have been also requested by the welfare fund to fully carpets and some furniture items and white goods when I get my new home 2 weeks before Christmas so Ill be in a empty house with no items and no furniture if they cant get a washing machine fixed in 5 weeks there is no chance Ill get any items delivered and fitted at all
