I would like to thank Chris and Dee for their help and support to my family and me when we lost my Dad. Having never had to deal with arranging a funeral before but having a clear idea of what my dad wanted Chris and Dee were able to deliver a wonderful send off to my dad that went perfectly. I would firstly like to thank Dee and Chris for everything they have done for my family for us this was the first funeral we have had to plan. From the very first phone call Dee has been amazing in guiding us on this journey. I couldn't think of two better people to trust with my dad they are totally amazing and very professional, nothing was ever a problem. I first met with Dee in the morning of the 27th February 2023 to discuss a direct cremation for our Mum whom we thought was in the last few days of her life. Sadly she passed away that afternoon. Our family were very appreciative of the way Dee and Chris stepped in that evening and thereafter when discussing the arrangements for mum's cremation. Hester and Lalli were excellent in the way they kept us informed of the process and what to expect over the coming weeks. Their attention to detail and communication with our family was exceptional. Thank you to Dee, Chris and staff for how they looked after our Mum.

Would really really recommend. I felt like i was being supported by family when Chris and Dee organised my mom's funeral. They made themselves available anytime and i felt they pulled out all the stops. My mom passed on Christmas day so I can just imagine how difficult it was to find flowers and priest to organise a Catholic funeral right 2 weeks after Xmas when businesses are closed. They also processed papers within hours as we needed some documents to bring mom back to the Philippines. They talked us thru what is involved and always made a point to "know" mom's preference when deciding. Words would not be enough to express our gratitude for how Chris and Dee made my mom's passing kind and bearable. THANK YOU.
