Pegs Dry Cleaning & Alterations

Have just picked up my suit to be worn at graduation tomorrow morning. 5 of the 6 buttons on the suit have been either broken in two or are too badly damaged to be kept. I have paid 10 for this atrocious service. The cost and time to replace the buttons will be more than another 10. I am furious and will never use this dry cleaners again. I have only given them one star so that I can post this comment.

I had a leather jacket with sleeves too long and cuffs that were just made wrong.. The lady said that she alter the sleeve length ok, but was a bit unsure of how to fix the wonky cuffs. Just got the jacket back and cant believe she has managed to fix the cuffs.. all perfect.. No longer a donkey jacket.. Friendly, helpful and well priced.. Thanks..

Completely ruined my son's suit all puckered and as though it was burnt the owner was nasty and unhelpful blamed the manufacturer the suit was from next. I very calmley said to the owner I would be telling people about what has happened and he got very angry shouting I was threatening him and that I was on camera.
