I have used Advanced previously and again used them for a set of French Doors from purchase to survey 1st class and fitters John and Paul,from start to finish were1st class very professional and ensured no mess when finished would recommend Advance.

Basic upvc side door into a garage 1600 quoted - because its a small job that wasnt cost effective for a competitive quote. We have all of our windows yet to change, if theyd offer a realistic quote it may have led to a much bigger job for them. I felt they just didnt want our business.

Met Derek, Sales, today, punctually on time, totally professional, friendly, and informative - he explained every aspect of the Advanced Group windows, order and payment process options in full detail , promptly answered all of my question reservations with reassurance, and I bought! Really looking forward to my new windows....

Would never use this company again, fitted the wrong door saying that the door that I had ordered had not arrived so they have fitted me with a temporary door fair play, but having to make phone calls to them and being promised phone calls on both occasions and still waiting on them phoning me back I personally think that they have to look at their customer care service totally not acceptable in my book.
