All the doctors that I have seen who care for my mother have been fantastic. They are all caring and listen to her problems. Dr Malcolm waited to see her beyond her own scheduled time. She also arranged for Hospital at Home to look after my mother and they were wonderful. Any time I have phoned to make an appointment, one has been made available to me soon afterwards. I have only praise for the staff in this practice.

Hospital sent my GP letters for new medicine prescriptions (which usually get automatically put through and I collect them from the pharmacy). GP had the letter for 5 weeks and only gave it to a doctor to make a new prescription once I called and enquired. Not first time an admin problem like this has happened.

Excellent service here for many years with Dr Wilson, always come away from his appointments feeling more positive about my health. if all the other NHS staff were this dedicated I would be in better health!. I have also found the other doctors to be verygood. I think the practice would be even better if the receptionists were more friendly and helpful! I find the majority of the them - including the practice manager - to be nippy and standoffish and this detracts from the excellent work the doctors do, first impressions as they say!!.......
