I had a great service from The Furnishing Service. I was really struggling with an old, broken-down washing machine. Two very helpful lads took away my old one and fitted a new one. I can't fault the service I had.

Avoid this company I have been waiting since Feb to get my carpets fitted . The 1 occasion they do actually turn up they take 30mins to lay lino in the tiniest of bathrooms they say they have other carpets to fit in the area and disappear leaving me sitting with floorboards they wouldn't even leave the carpets for my son to lay himself even tho they were made well aware I was just out of hospital .left 1

One hand never reaches the other. I had to rip up a kitchen flooring, covered with black mould. to only be told when they came to lay the flooring, by the contractors.I should have left it. So I had to wait another 4 months to get plywood down and have them return. The company contracts carpet/vinyl fitters and dont even liaise with each other. Please if you ever use this service. Do not rip your flooring up, until they 100% check, with the contractors, not the guy sitting next to them. As they have not a clue what they are doing . A very, very disorganised company. Although the customer service team are so lovely!! And try their best

After reading reviews I was so worried but I was very wrong to be, I didnt have any trouble calling to arrange appointments, the woman on the phone was very helpful and answered all questions, the boys showed up and delivered the cooker with care, they also measured for carpets and they were brilliant. When it came to fittings of the flooring the boys were amazing and helped me move some bits of furniture that I was unable to, they got the job done and were all very good and Im extremely pleased with the whole experience, I dont have a bad word to say about anything
