GUHP

Im disappointed with the service I have received so far from GUHP. I opted to have GUHP build my new website over several other companies. Well building my website I was very busy with my business so I didnt always have the time to review the website etc. GUHP would repeatedly message me chasing me up on information etc which was ok with me. After the website was built however I paid the bill of over 1000. I then paid a further 300/400 for a years hosting. After all payments were settled I requested a small edit of a photo inserted into my website. I requested this on the 27th of September and it still has not been actioned. Anytime I message regarding this I do not get a reply or even my message read which brings into point the fact I was getting messages often before payment was made. I also noticed text from my website was wrong as follows This is a scheme ran by the council whereby businesses need to apply to become a member. The businesses need to apply to become a member. I asked for the above to be amended on 14th November and it has still not been actioned.

Found GUHP prints on Facebook marketplace. Fired off a message, got a quick response even on a bank holiday and had a design 12 hours later. My business cards were with me within 4 days of making contact, design, print and delivery. Great work, highly recommend you guys. I will defo use you again. I enjoyed every minute of working with Mark. I had a previous bad experience with another company, so the team had a bit of a hard time cleaning up someone else's mess but I heard no complaints. Mark drafted me in at each step. He listened to what I had to say and allowed me to be in control. If you're undecided whether to go with Guhp, stop now, and go for it, I wish I had gone with my gut rather than a recommendation from someone. They're amazing at what they do and I now have a beautiful bespoke website that I am proud of.
