Been a patient at this practice for a few years, really professional staff, appointments are relatively easy to get considering covid back log. Currently in the middle of Invisalign, staff give great feedback and provide realistic expectations of whats possible for my teeth. If youre anxious about visiting the dentist i recommend coming here, lovely laid back vibe to this place. Was worried about any type of procedure due to my horrendous gag reflex, they listened and worked around it Staff are great Only flaw is if you have an appointment near school hours your options for parking are virtually zero.

A massive thank you to Natalie who is not only an amazing dentist but also an amazing friendly gal who puts you at ease. All my life I have had a fear of visiting dentists and after more than a few years of neglecting my teeth I had to, bite the bullet pardon the pun, but now not only am I smiling Proudly and happily again but my fear has been eased no ends with the help and great work from Natalie and the friendly team at Avondale!!!. Thank you Natalie and the team!!.

This is the first dentist Ive went to that Ive felt really comfortable! I can be quite an anxious person and have had some pretty poor experiences in other dentists. The last dentist I was at, I felt so uncomfortable and felt that things get going wrong and that I was always trying to be sold something, but I dont feel any of that here. I feel comfortable and really have trust in my dentist and her assistant (Natalie and Jennifer). Both very light hearted and know how to put me at ease.

Dr Ibrahim has been amazing with all of her help. She was able to accommodate me accordin to my schedule as an emergency which in these days is almost impossible on the NHS. I was very anxious before my root canal treatment however, she was very calm and handled it extremely well. I felt minimal discomfort during and after the procedure and she did a fantastic job. She has always made me understand the importance of all treatments and why each was required. I have not had any problems following any of the treatment received. Most recently she did a fantastic job fitting in a crown for me and I would highly recommend her for all dental treatment.
