Visited this store this morning as Ive done a number of times. However, this morning I was met with a very rude and the most unhelpful shop assistant Ive ever encountered. I was sending back a Hermes parcel and instead of it being scanned by the assistant it is now self service. After asking for assistance twice as Ive never used this scanner before I was made to feel like an idiot as he was the most condescending person. He didnt even have any other customers requiring his attention. I would not recommend to anyone to use this store for Hermes or any other purchases.
