        Staff very rude they need to be trained in customer service, prices on shelf need to be updated as you are charged dearer on some items when you get to checkout and then have to go to another place to get a refund and stand and wait again while the staff member that was serving me left me standing and waiting while he went and served someone else !!!

        Asked a male customer service assistant for an item they might have in store? I got a blunt reply of No! Not even any engagement, or advise. However, the lady who served on the tobacco counter gave an excellent example of great customer service!
